We Do It All
Pre-Construction
This phase involves working closely with our clients to agree a plan, schedule and associated costs. We prefer to give our clients options to keep close control on costs. For example: final finishing (painting, kitchen design, sanitary ware) often depends on clients' individual taste to achieve your design ideal.
Construction
We manage and oversee the entire build. We use only trusted subcontractors (e.g. plastering, electrics, decorators). Weather permitting, we aim to keep your job on schedule throughout the entire build. Building control check points ensure each stage is signed off aligned to stage payments. This ensures our customers know each stage has been satisfactorily completed and verified by a building control inspector.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup and final inspections. After completion, we have a final walk through to ensure your satisfaction.
